Due to its flexible deployment and high mobility of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the UAV-assisted cognitive radio (CR) network has attracted a lot attention as one most promising techniques address spectrum congestion issues in futuristic networks. However, performance can be severely affected by blocked line-of-sight (LoS) channel air-to-ground (A2G) links. In this paper, we propose UAV CR system enabled reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS), which helps reconstruct reliable links Our goal is maximize achievable rate secondary receiver (SR) through proper selection trajectory, transmit power, RIS phase shifts based on given interference temperature threshold other practical constraints. addition, solve corresponding non-convex optimization problem using block coordinate descent (BCD) successive convex approximation (SCA) algorithms.
